Weekend Golfer
This was my first time playing Cypress Head and it was in very good condition. The course is straight forward but don't let the fool you as you need to place some of your shots in order to avoid trouble/hazards. The greens were fast and started to slow down as the day warmed up but still rolled fast. I would recommend this course to all.
Overall a nice course
We were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the bag drop . He was very helpful and friendly . The course was in pretty good condition. Looked like the greens were rolled and was true all day . Tee boxes , fairways were nice . The rough was short but was fine . The some sand traps could use extra sand as our playing partner indicated, but the one I was in was fine . It’s a tough course with lots of water and a couple carries to the green .. really enjoyed the round. We would definitely come back .
They treat you like family
Arriving at cypress head you will be greeted by upbeat friendly staff members that help you settle in and get going, course is in absolute beautiful shape, no reason why you shouldn’t have already booked a tee time be the end of reading this.
fun in the sun
Course was in great condition and pace of play was very good. Course is short and narrow and a but sneaky, watch the left side.
Nice scenic course with some interesting undulations of terrain. Staff offered a friendly greeting upon our arrival and offered helpful tips. Was surprisingly dry shortly after a pretty intense and lengthy rainstorm.
Great shape
Course in great shape. Greens consistent and layout is always a local fav.
Port Orange Favorite
Cypress does everything well. Course is set up and maintained well. They don’t just cater to snowbirds. Their pricing reflects a discount for being a local. Which fosters loyalty. This is the main reason getting a tee time before noon is so hard. Keep up the good work there, we will be back.
Scenic course
A nicely kept course. Challenging layout without being too difficult. Green fees seemed a little high, but then when you compare it to some down here I guess it wasn't too bad. I would play the course again whenver I make it back to the area.
Enjoyable
From the moment of dropping off the clubs to returning the cart this golf club is a great pleasure. We have not met an unfriendly or unhappy staff. The course is in great shape and makes golfing a pleasure like it’s supposed to be. The course layout is challenging with its sand traps, water and dog legs. This is one of our favorite courses in the area.
Another great round
This is such a great course. Both layout and condition. Had a great day as usual. Very friendly staff. Only complaint was that the bunkers could use more sand.
Awesome Golf Course Layout for the $$$$
Love the Layout of this course, Very Challenging from the Back Tees. Great Condition. Will be playing it Again for sure.
Nice Layout, Very tough from the Back Tees.
Awesome course for the price, Great Condition and very nice Layout of the holes. Condition was Good, for the Month of February. Will definitely play it Again, 100%.
